Highway 71 and 88 intersect at the North edge of Mena. Three miles
North on Highway 71 from this intersection is a sign "Acorn Baptist
Church", turn right and go one mile East, then one mile South. The
cemetery is on the left side of the road. A memorial in front of Owen Chapel Cemetery has the following information: 'Plot deeded by James Marion Owen to the Presbyterian Church to be forever protected and used for the Glory of God. 1885" |
