Nan began her real estate career in Arizona, has been licensed in several southwestern states and holds current licenses in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

Nan has served the local Board of REALTORS in Board of Director and Chairperson capacities, and was named REALTOR-of-the-Year in 1998-1999. She is President for the year of 2005 for the Mena Area Board of REALTORS.  She has also been a Million Dollar Awards and Awards for Excellence recipient with the Arkansas REALTORS Association.

Nan’s lifelong commitment to professional and civic organizations and community service has culminated in an impressive list of distinguished honors including the National Who’s Who Registry of Executives and Professionals, Business and Professional Women’s Woman of the Year, Arizona Farm Bureau Country Squire Agent of the Year, Academic North Central Accreditation Board Member, Red Cross Volunteer of the Year, and many more.

Nan has served locally as President of the Mena Lioness Club and was named Lioness of the Year. She has also been a member of the Chamber of Commerce Industrial Committee, and has helped with numerous community projects.

Nan, and her husband, Tom have owned property in Polk County since 1980, and moved to Mena in 1994.

Nan states that her "vision" for Mena continues to be one of progressive stable growth.
